That means you need to fix your server certificate. Pause Cloudflare and contact your host to get this fixed. Once it loads fine on HTTPS, you can unpause Cloudflare.

Ok. You mean to say that we need to pause Cloudflare and then access the site like https://bettertimes.ae. once it is loaded, then we can unpause the Cloudflare ???

This will kind of fetch the certificate for both protocols like https and www again from server??

Correct, right now you have a certificate issue on your server and your host needs to fix this. By pausing Cloudflare, you make that easier for them.

We tried those steps to pause the site on Cloudflare, waited for 5 mins, reloaded site https://bettertimes.ae and then tried to access www.bettertimes.ae but still getting same certificate error/issue. We still see certificate miss match in expiry date for both sites.

Any update? Its still not working. I dont understand why suddenly this issue occurred. It has been working fine until today. Please help us fix it ASAP.

You won’t get an update from Cloudflare. As mentioned, that is something to discuss with your host.

You haven’t paused Cloudflare either.

Its working now. I had paused Cloudflare and have resumed it now.

We are able to access site www.bettertimes.ae

Yes, your host will have automatically renewed that.

Just verify your encryption mode is Full Strict, as otherwise encryption is disabled.
