You can set the DNS record you’re trying to access to 
. Cloudflare does not provide DDOS protection or any other features on ports other than 80, 443, and a select few others:

You need to go the Enterprise plan route with the Spectrum product, it’s gonna be expensive though.

That is a question for sales, as it varies wildly by use case. I doubt less than 2500$/month though. Probably much more.
