Hello my problem with G suite

hello guys

i just have an online store on zid.sa and they ask me if you have a domain i told them yes they provide me with Nameservers for cloudflare to set it up in mt domain cpanel.
it been more than 48 hours still the domain not working .

and above of that i lost my G suite activation because i need to set up the MX record by cloudflare . the store provider does not answer me till now

how can i fix that

That domain has no MX records. Google has instructions on what to add:
