The mentioned domain, exchangebnb.com, is currently having the status clientHold, which literally means that the domain is suspended.

clientHold is often used when there are problems, such as e.g. legal disputes, or lack of payment.

clientHold is also sometimes set by some domain registrars, when the client fails to validate their domain contacts (e.g. the registrant email).

You need to contact Namecheap to get that sorted out.

You should know better than anyone in the Cloudflare Community about your own website. If that domain isn’t your website, why are you adding it to your Cloudflare account?

  1. You should not be adding it to your Cloudflare account.
  2. There is not any further assistance that the Community can provide.

We certainly cannot make a determination as the legitimacy of the site. Based on the information shared in the earlier reply by @DarkDeviL, the domain owner needs to resolve the registration status with the domain registrar.
