Can you go here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/billing/payment-info and enter a form of payment and then try again?

Unfortunately, I tried, but when I come to the payment section, the page automatically closes when I try to pay.

Thank you and sorry for the issues. I am not getting the error you see but want to have my colleagues in Billing take a look at this and assist. Can you create a Billing ticket here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and share the ticket number on this thread?

I will escalate this topic for my colleagues.

While we’re waiting for the ticket and team to review, can you try from incognito mode, a different browser, and clear browser cache & cookies and try again?

Can you clarify what you are encountering? You’d indicated the page closed but from the above it seems like you were able at one point to enter this information? Or no?

Thank you. I see a form of payment is now present, were you able to enter the information? Have you tried the purchase again?

Checking your account it appears you were able to successfully add your credit card to the account on 05/18/2023.
