You have not set the 2 allocated Cloudflare nameservers at your registrar in place of the dcsaas.net ones…

Using Cloudflare to front a non-SSL origin is not recommended, so get your existing site working correctly with SSL first before enabling Cloudflare for it.

Hello i have a ssl certyficate but if i instal on my hosting dns from cloudflare my site working but is not secure i dont know why.
