May you please assist me. I’m having issued creating security headers from my Pages website

Headers in my _headers file are not being honored in the browser. The headers do show up in the dashboard (see image bellow), but are not in any Reponses in the browser or using curl
The easiest workaround I’d prefer: Managed Transforms · Cloudflare Rules docs
Enable HTTP response headers from Rules → Settings → Response Headers.
For Content-Security Policy & Permission Policy, Create new HTTP Response Header Modification Rule from Rules → Overview → Create Rule → Response Header Transform Rule
