Never receive an email with the token.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

waited, checked spam and trash folders in email. tried contacting support through email last thursday, but still haven’t received any responses. I had to sign in with a different email address in Cloudflare just to be able to post in this community. In the meantime I have no access to my account and haven’t had access for several days now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the issues. I see the account where the domain is active and see the emails have not bounced, but they are delayed at your mail server. You should contact your email provider to see if there is some issue and cause for the delay.

I’m a little confuse by what mean. Are you suggesting that I contact my hosting provider? I had made some DNS changes in my Cloudflare account a couple weeks ago, could that have anything to do with it? Is there a way I can disable the two-factor authentication? Thanks.

Hi again, I contacted my hosting provider and they say that the reason I’m not getting the emails is because I need t fix the MX records within my DNS with Cloudflare. I need to get into my Cloudflare account to fix it, what do you suggest I do? Thank you

Support cannot be contacted via email. Can you create an Account ticket with them? Use the different email you used to post here, copy the actual account email. The Support team will need to assist you via the case you open. Having both the emails on the ticket, and the domain name, will assist them in connecting the dots.
