Any help is greatly appreciated.

The Exabytes server that you are sending your messages from is (still) listed in multiple blacklists due to a spam incident some days ago, around 2023-05-23 and 2023-05-24.

That could possibly be one of the reasons to the issue you see.

But after talking with their supports, they only ask me to change the SPF and DKIM records here inside cloudflare. Eventhough i did that, apparently DNS record i added is correctly update however did not resolve globally. I dont know what i should do now.

The parts about the Cloudflare set up, including adding or changing your DNS records, could be something we would be able to assist with here.

That would however require much more clarity.

  1. What kind of record(s) do you currently have?

  2. What exact record(s) are they asking you to add (or change to)?

  3. How exactly are you testing these record(s), which gives you the impression that they do not resolve globally?

These are my records for DKIM,SPF and Dmarc:
DKIM
default._domainkey 14400 IN TXT “v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIIBIjANBgkqhkiG9w0BAQEFAAOCAQ8AMIIBCgKCAQEAr2cvRpu2ardKLE7rx3ls3z2zag4fmDW8qg+uzcLnd1mboZzRv4bUGMgbvriPT2b8KWj6VfHKX6SZSwxlNHQBCj+B6e5LCqMKaLoWZJTvDHka34CFxYHSHJMXG11sL2w/V0BFCIkyszjkis0PvqAWG+7D9BROIjmRSzRQ81hG8k0fb/3AAgCVzZunDu8+uoOxT” mGbuL293LNNXL2DNlWkV3fuML8BCfTGxzB+0mvjFIZhcKfmDSq/lxAsXcv1EfJ2YM1XqGxS08DOii8r9ennE37H2lb7QhCz1S/H4PcHGqYzVtIiq0s/S/gAhhr05JaDvldCs+YgOeg6rLGVTe7vnQIDAQAB;

SPF
v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:103.233.0.127 ~all

DMARC

Name: _dmarc
Value: v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; sp=none; rf=afrf; pct=100; ri=86400

After i update these records inside cloudflare dashboard, our company emails still keeps bounce back to us if we try to send email to @gmail.com recipients.

Exabytes support the one that gave me these records and they are the ones that check for me wether the issue resolve globally or not.

What is the domain name?

irc.com.my

Can you show how the records appear within Cloudflare?

→ https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/records

(And what name servers are shown in the bottom of that page?)

this is how it looks like inside cloudflare

According to the domain registry, IRC.COM.MY is currently set up for the name servers TORI.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM and NEWT.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM.

Your screenshot claims that the (first) name server is HENRIK.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM, which is a mismatch to the above.

I would double check the account that you logged in to Cloudflare with, as the current one that you made the screenshot from, is NOT the Cloudflare account that is authoritative for the IRC.COM.MY domain.

Stuff like this typically occur when you have multiple Cloudflare accounts, and somehow end up on mixing them together.
