Having multiple SPF records is invalid alert

I got the following alert. Having multiple SPF records is invalid. How do I fix? I’m not sure if that’s a correct alert or an error as I see some other people have had that in the past and it wasn’t correct. Here’s what’s it’s talking about.

v=spf1 include:servers.mcsv.net ?all

v=spf1 +ip4:66.180.33.198 include:sendgrid.net include:mailgun.org include:_spf.google.com ~all

You can “merge” them into the single one like:

• v=spf1 +ip4:66.180.33.198 include:sendgrid.net include:mailgun.org include:_spf.google.com include:servers.mcsv.net ~all

I would prefer and suggest you to use ~all (soft-fail, as stated in the second one), instead of ?all (neutral, stated in the first one) to prevent spam, etc.
