Having issues with DNS records

Hi, I need some help, trying to add a A record and CNAME record to our domain so we can enable advertising via ConvertKit for our weekly emails. This is far from my area of expertise and I followed the instructions to add both by copying and pasting into the appropriate slots. The subdomain is not verifying and not sure what I am doing wrong??
