I plan to switch my site from one hosting (in Canada) to other (in USA). Can I have the same IP address after switching if using Cloudflare?

Your Cloudflare IP address will not change. Not that I think that really matters since you can’t access a website by typing in the Cloudflare IP address.
Is there a particular reason you’re concerned about the public IP address?

I actually do not use the Cloudflare right now. The reason I am concerned is because I have .ca site and it is hosted now in Canada, but I want to move hosting to USA. I am afraid that may have negative influence on site’s Google ranking.

IP addresses and host location have no impact on SEO…unless that hosting location makes your site load very slowly.
