What is the issue you’re encountering

I have a CNAME subdomain at a hoster which I want to point to my project domain on Cloudflare. I have read here: Howto redirect external domain to domain on cloudflare that it should be possible with a Business account (Which we have) but how? I can’t find any documentation on how to set this up anywhere.

Hi @cwbs23,

Are you trying to CNAME from one domain to another domain on Cloudflare? If so, you need to use Custom hostnames with our Cloudflare for SaaS feature.
