What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I replaced my domain NAME SERVER with Cloudflare in Domain.com (domain provider) since then my website is down.

2 days have passed to complete but website is not live.

However, today I knew in Domain.com the domain name server Cloudflared were in capital letters, today 12/02/2025 I updated again but in minum letters and I can see the domain name server area spread globally

You need to delete the DNS records that you currently see and replace them with those you had on domain.com’s nameservers.

No, I always used Cloudflare nameserver, and there were elias.ns.cloudflare.com and lorna.ns.cloudflare, nowadays are others cloudflare nameserver. Since that UPDATE I can’t acces to my website Look the picture please.

Why did you change to new Cloudflare nameservers?

You still need to delete the DNS records and copy your DNS records from the old nameservers.

because i had an advertisement about update to new cloudflare nameservers like the picture

It seems like you created a new Cloudflare account and added your domain to that. If you didn’t have any specific reason to do so, I’d recommend changing your nameservers back to your old nameservers and to keep using your old Cloudflare account.

i have only one cloudflare account

so, the issue ocurred when I updated cloudflare name servers to new others.

I have deleted all of then A, AAAA and i put my public ip

It would still be best if you changed your nameservers back to those you previously used.

I can see that the account with elias and lorna still exists.

its no possible to back the old cloud name servers

Why not? Just login to your registrar and change them back.

If you want to use the new account, make sure the settings are the same as in the old account.

I’m afraid, this isn’t the solution. updating with the old or new cloudflared have 24-48 hours to spread globally. I know that i need to configurate in the panel cloudflared with currently cloudflare name server.

Then make sure that you copy all the settings and DNS records from the old account.

i found the solution on my own after 3 days.

Firstly i had to delete all of them register A,AAAA an then I added a CNAME:

Create the CNAME:
Type: CNAME
Name: @ (this represents your main domain).
Content: <ID_del_tunel>.cfargotunnel.com (this is the domain of your Cloudflare tunnel).
Proxy status: Check “Proxied” (orange cloud) to have all traffic go through Cloudflare and take advantage of its benefits.
TTL: Leave the value at Auto.
