I am using a cloudflared tunnel to server up my web server to the internet. Because of that I have been worried lately about how cloudflare has a bad reputation for being used by hackers to get into computers. While using my computer I noticed that a file was opened that I don’t remember opening. I did do an OS update on my computer recently but I don’t see how that would show me a file I haven’t opened in a long time.
When I use…
ls -lu "/path_to/some_file/on_my_computer.txt"
… on files in one of my folders they tell me that the files were accessed the around the same minute as the other files on my computer… (I know for a fact it wasn’t me that accessed it)

Is this indicative of Malware that is scanning my file system? Perhaps using a cloudflare tunnel or other means to exfiltrate data from my computer without my knowledge?
Could it be some innocent background process of my macOS computer?
