Hi @user6413, based on the number of threads with ccbill when I search this site, I suspect a solution is as welcome as cash!

I’ll dig a bit on other sources to see if I can find details to help. Please do share progress, I’d really love to know the solution.

Your reply doesn’t sound very encouraging! Problem is CCBILL says its fine their end, as does Cloudflare and if im honest, support takes days to answer. My server is contstantly under attack and my hosts can’t do any more and just tell me I have to use Cloudflare. So basically today I’ve been sat at the desk adding members soon as they come from ccbill manually whilst patiently waiting for a reply… Of course if I get a solution I will post it here, and it would be a good idea to get it stickied so everybody else won’t have to go through all the hassles I have

Hi @user6413, +1 to documenting how this gets fixed! I see a number of mentions on this site and in past tickets, but none of the conversations net out to a fix. I see your ticket and troubleshooting steps and will monitor that. In my research, I’ve seen several suggestions, but no confirmation they were effective. They are:

  • Make sure your server is running an operating system that supports TLS 1.2.

  • Restore visitor IP. You are not restoring the client IP in your logs. Cloudflare acts as a proxy so all requests will come from Cloudflare IPs to your web server, but we forward the true client IPs in the request headers that can be restored. If ‘ccbill’ require that the requests come from their IPs in order for their system to work, this is the most likely cause.
    How to restore Visitors IP?

  • They are trying to connect over https:// but they do not support SNI on their client. SNI (Server Name indication) is required by our free plan SSL certificates.

  • Disable browser integrity check. Sometimes, the user-agent Java/1.6.0_03 used in POST requests triggers the browser integrity check.

I missed that part earlier, have you enabled I am under attack mode?

I haven’t? my hosts just told me to use Cloudflare and everything will be “fixed” they didn’t give my any detailed explanation as to what settings I need to set here… Apparently its some roque chinese ip’s that were sending lots of hits and making my server overloaded…

Got it, thank you. I hate to introduce changes while troubleshooting, but suspect it’s worth the diversion to stop the attacks. Under attack mode slows visitors to your site to give us time to inspect them a bit before allowing access. To enable under attack mode:

  1. Log into your Cloudflare account.
  2. If you have multiple websites, select the website you wish to protect.
  3. Click the Firewall app in the top menu.
  4. Click the Settings tab.
  5. Under Security Level, click I’m Under Attack! The last option in the dropdown menu.

Thanks for this, unfortunately im going to have to disable Cloudflare again as i can’t physically sit here 24/7 adding / removing members from my site…

CCbill have basically shut the door on me and said “There is no much that we can do from our side, and we have rechecked configuration from our side and everything is set up properly. Please check with Cloudflare if there is any option to that our requests are not denied from their system.”

Going round in circles lol
