my domain was banned after I restored a website - I host through WP Engine

Contacted WP Engine, however the ban is with Cloudflare

Where/how exactly is the domain banned?
Were you trying to add the domain to Cloudflare and you were told specifically the domain is “banned”? Or are you getting some error and interpreting it as a ban?
Or is it a Google ban? (Update: nope, Google returns lots of pages).
Something else?

Im not sure, WP engine told me the domain was banned and I can’t point to their IP
Banned by whom? WPEngine themselves?
If you don’t know, I’ll recommend asking them since they told you the domain was banned.
