Gtmetrix issue

My domain is activated on Cloudflare today, but when I try to check on Gtmetrix, I get this message:

An error occurred fetching the page: HTTPS error: No address associated with hostname

There may be a connectivity issue between your server and the GTmetrix test server.

The most common reasons for this include:

  • You are using a reverse proxy (eg. Cloudflare) and it’s blocking GTmetrix from accessing the page.

In all these cases, you’ll need to fix or configure your web application to return a success HTTP status code or allow GTmetrix access to your page. Your web server’s error log may provide insight into why it’s returning an error.

What should I do?

Without knowing the hostname, we can not assist with this.

My domain is https://aquilohotelpanorama.hu/

The good news is that there’s a DNS record for ‘www’. But that redirects to the hostname without ‘www’, and there’s no DNS record for that.

I bet the DNS record for ‘www’ is an “A” record with an IP address. Add an “A” record for aquilohotelpanorama.hu with the same IP address as the ‘www’ record.
