GTMetrix error - 403 Forbidden

When I attempt to do a GTMetrix analysis on a website,

I have setup a Firewall rule on my Cloudflare account to allow the GTMetrix IP addresses. On my HostGator server, I have all of the Cloudflare & GTMetrix IP’s whitelisted.

I’m clueless on what next step to take so I can get this resolved.

Do you have Bot Fight Mode or Super Bot Fight Mode enabled by any chance?
