Gst vat error

I’m trying to add a payment method, I enter all of the info, but it always gives an error saving payment method

And it says there is problem with GST which it said was optional but even if I put n the gst that we have where I live which is 5%, It stll won’t go.

The service that Im signing up for is the free zero trust account so the payment is zero, but even if I wanted to buy a paid service, because of this error, I couldn’t
