My customers have been having issues with accessing my website via Facebook browser only on android devices. Facebook rewrites the URL to: https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fborderscompetitions.co.uk%2Fmy-account%2F%3Ffbclid%3DIwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAAR6zAggkb59ECFot5dubpwCtkmv3H6HSN0-7c4a8ohfd0f8hFRVBF0Q-8L4TVA_aem_KG9QUwIZe-rTqJ1fnXvKMA&h=AT30kmo1kXXOMiJ5wi9zH9pWXAhZYufX1WZDq6srbSvqj9d7YMNqtP739HdovrPRJ8cM5Ll0lZprbcRLLwDN0zHBJi9q4ZYMqhM1iUqFs8QuGjG3ksPcCvN8EXaw0BMI_clbg9FIONhpE2tjbEEZTg . I have created security rules to skip all Bot fighting etc and still issues. The user is shown a grey screen with two buttons, continue to website or go back and no buttons work, not sure how to fix this but another website owner disabled cloudflare and it resolved the issue.

Opening our website via facebook browser on Android devices.

Yeah they can tap the 3 dots and open in external browser it will work fine, just facebook browser showing that image. All versions. Very confusing as i cant replicate it!

In that case, you will need to look in to the case together with Facebook.

As it is working fine outside the Facebook browser, it appears to be something with their app, which Facebook will need to look in to.
