Granular bypass for Bot Protection

We have client that sends requests(callbacks) to specific uri. Cloudflare Bot Protection blocks such requests. We added client ip to whitelist in “IP access rules” and it worked until client changed ip, unfortunately they send callbacks from dynamic ips.

Is it possible to disable Bot Protection based on some Firewall Rules or control it somehow?

What rule is it being blocked under? You can check the blocked request in the Firewall Events log (https://dash.cloudflare.com?to=/:account/:zone/firewall)

How are you making these requests?

Information from Firewall Events Log:

Service - Firewall: Managed
Ruleset Name - Bot Fight Mode for Definite Bots
Rule name - manage definite bots
Action taken - Managed Challenge

I cannot control how these requests are made, it’s external physical client.
