Got error 1022 and I cannot received reset code in my 1st account

I cant login to my other account, theres error “Email address/password do not match. (Code: 1022)”. And I don’t change the password why we getting this error?. we tried to reset password but we can’t received the reset code to change password. this is the first time happened.
