Hello, I am fed up with the billing system errors.
First, the APO billing issue keeps occurring on the website beauty*****.com even though I have removed the domain. In the billing section, I can’t click “action > edit.” Although it’s only $5, it’s very annoying. I am paying for something I don’t use. This error has not been fixed for months, and my tickets are not responded to.
Then suddenly today, June 17, 2024, I was charged for the PRO PLAN, a package that I am not currently subscribed to. Please fix the billing system; I am greatly disadvantaged by the $25 charge for a product I don’t even use. Please give special attention to this issue.
Report ID #3261768, please respond and refund the $25 for the PRO PLAN and the $5 for the APO that I have been charged for but have not used.
Please fix your system. I have been charged again for $40 and $4.88, but there is no record of this in the transaction history. However, I received an email and saw on my credit card statement that on September 11, 2024, at 02:10 GMT+7, a total of $44.88 was withdrawn by Cloudflare. Please refund this immediately and resolve the issue. This has happened twice in the past, and now once again, with no transaction history. This is really frustrating.

How is it possible that there are no active subscriptions, yet you (Cloudflare) are still able to withdraw funds? I clearly deactivated my subscriptions since CLOUDFLARE started having so many issues! This is extremely frustrating, especially since the current withdrawal is not listed in the transaction history.
I am very disappointed with the response that lacks information. Please explain what the $40 and $4.88 payments were for? Which client? For sure, every transaction in the history has been paid with my credit card. I am very disappointed with this situation and the response that lacks information.
I have canceled all the services I have with Cloudflare due to this issue, so please refund the $40 and $4.88 because I am not using your service! Very poor service.
We wanted to make you aware that we’ve noticed one or more invoices on your account that are currently overdue. To keep everything running smoothly, we ask that these be taken care of by September 13, 2024. You now have the ability to pay your past due invoices with your Paypal payment method.
We’ll be making five attempts to collect the balance in early September. If the invoices aren’t settled by then, unfortunately, your Cloudflare paid services will be suspended after September 13th, 2024.
If you’d like to handle these payments now, you can do so by logging into your Cloudflare account. Navigate to Manage Account > Billing > Invoices and Documents and click the “Pay Now” button next to any unpaid or partially paid invoice. Please note that while there’s an outstanding balance, you won’t be able to modify or add new subscriptions. Once payment is made, it’ll take about two business days for everything to go back to normal.
If you require assistance, visit our Support Portal and submit a Billing request (category: “Payment issue”) to our Support team.
Should you have any questions or need further assistance regarding your subscription or payment options, please don't hesitate to visit our Support Portal or contact our support team directly.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, and thank you for your continued partnership with Cloudflare.
Best regards,
Cloudflare Customer Support Team
The above is your response; it is truly shameful that a company as large as Cloudflare can have such a system error like this. It is very confusing for me as a customer. I currently do not have any services with Cloudflare due to your flawed system! Please refund my money, $40 and $4.88!!!
Damn you, Cloudflare, you stole my money! You won’t give me a refund! Look, everyone in the community is complaining about your billing system. Please refund my $44.88!!! I am very upset that you charged me even though I am not using any of your services right now.

I have not subscribed to any paid service from Cloudflare since April/May because your system suddenly became garbage!
Then, on September 11th, there was an unauthorized charge of $40 and $4.88! How does this make sense? You took my money, and I have proof through email and credit card statements, BUT there is no record of this transaction in Cloudflare’s history. What does that mean? It means you stole my money!
Now, I am asking for the refund of $40 and $4.88; why can’t you do it? Why??? I have been very patient all this time, you took my money despite not having an active subscription, and you refunded it before. This has already happened twice, and now for the third time, you don’t want to refund my money?
