What is the issue you’re encountering

Well i started setup of our domain with a pro plan and then i saw, that i dont have all the information required to complete setup yet, so i aborted setup and cancelled the plan. i did this 3 times and fourth time was the charm. each time i cancelled the pro subscription. and the fourth time was the final one. In the end our credit card got billed FOUR times the 240 USD for the Pro plan. We want an immediate refund for the 3 cancelled attempts and an answer to MONTH OLD ticket would be nice as well..

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We’ve been billed four times for the Pro plan while attempting to onboard our domain. The first three setup attempts failed, but each resulted in a charge. Only the fourth attempt succeeded, and we now have one active subscription.

The duplicate charges are as follows:

IN-37412782 – May 13, 2025
IN-37413107 – May 13, 2025
IN-38678835 – May 22, 2025
IN-38678908 – May 22, 2025

These four invoices represent only one successful setup. I’ve opened a support ticket (still unanswered beyond the automated reply). Our finance department needs this resolved immediately, and I am requesting a refund for the three erroneous charges to the original payment method.

Please confirm the refund is being processed, or advise if additional action is required on our part.
