Your portal was having an outage yesterday. I was trying to remove and re-add a new site with a free package. Due to the outage I kept getting internal error message. I click on a paid package and it automatically got charged. I do not need that paid servies. My bank accoutn now got charged and there is no way for me to cancel as there is no services shown under my account. Please help. I tried creating a ticket and nobody is answering.
