I am being affected by Cloudflare’s anti-abuse rate limiting.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

• create ticket to upgrade rate limit threshold, got nothing from support, the ticket was created since September 10. ticket number #01125563
• create custom rule on waf, but somehow still got block by anti-abuse
• subscribe paid plan for worker
