Got a domain name from o2switch, need to redirected to a SumUp shop with CNAME

As a start, you need to remove the shops.sumupstore.com nameserver and just have the 2 allocated Cloudflare nameservers at your registrar.

DNS changed, but the site www.virginiekzl.com redirect to the previous website hosted on o2switch. I need to redirect to my sumup shop

Configure your Cloudflare DNS here to point to the shop…

Google tells me you need a CNAME for www pointing to shops.sumupstore.com. This DNS record may need to be set to “DNS only” so they can verifiy it is set correctly.

If it does work when proxied, make sure your SSL/TLS is set to “Full (strict)” or “Strict” here…

You may want to the redirect your domain to www as here…

Thanks for the answers.
I apply the method you send to me and that works, but when I tried to go to the website, I got a warning message “your connexion was not private”, do you know where the problem come from?

There is a problem with the SSL certificate on the origin. You will need to talk to your host to resolve it.
