Got 520 error for any wp-includes file

Hello,

I got error 520 from Cloudflare and I checked the page that contains possible solutions.
I have Cloudflare IPs enabled on CSF firewall and this error appeared these days only especially on any request to any file under wp-includes.
Also, this error sometimes disappear when I refresh the page!!!

Any idea why this error happens?
