Got 403 error when trying to open a subdomain URL created with a CNAME record

The main domain is superfundesigns.com pointing to a teespring.com POD shop.
I wanted to add a subdomain pointing to another shop at redbubble.com.
I created a CNAME record for a subdomain coderode pointing to a redbubble shop coderode.redbubble.com.
When trying to open the URL for the subdomain, I get a 403 error:

403 ERROR

The request could not be satisfied.

Bad request. We can’t connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.
If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can find steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation.

Obviously, redbubble is hosted on AWS, and some ppl recommend modifying zone records on CloudFront, to which I have no access.

This error occured originally when I used a registrar’s DNS, and I switched to Cloudflare in hope it will resolve the issue, but got the same error.
In addition, CNAME records are not found by DNSCHECKER or MXTOOLS, which I don’t understand.
Any suggestions?
