Cloudflare is blocking connection to our new service Gorgias. If I pause Cloudflare i can connect. Support will not respond to my ticket and its been a week.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I paused cloudflare. That worked to find where the issue is.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Login to Gorgias account. Go to all apps. Search Woocommerce. Click connect. Type in domain name. Unreachable domain.

Automated traffic to your site is being blocked by your Cloudflare WAF configuration. I can connect to your site with a browser, but not with curl. So the tool you are using is triggering a blocking rule meant to stop bots.

Check your config. Do you have something like Bot Fight Mode enabled, or any firewall rules intended to stop bot traffic? Try disabling those to allow the automated traffic to work, at least until you get everything set up.
