Google Workspace is set up but I'm not receiving email

I setup Google Workspace email functionality with the domain I registered through Cloudflare and i’m not receiving emails

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve set up my MX settings in Cloudflare which is what I believe I’m supposed to do. The “status” for the domain SatoriDigitalMedia.com is “verified” and says “Gmail Activated” in my Google Workspace, but I’m still not receiving email. I’m not the most technical person, so thanks in advance for any support y’all may be able to provide.

Where are you checking the emails?

In the Gmail web interface? Or in an externally-configured email software/app?

If you’re using an external app, check the Gmail web interface and let’s see if the emails are there… which would imply it’s a configuration issue with the software/app.

Thanks for your reply…I’m checking the Gmail web interface and I’m seeing nothing.

Following-up on this…might anyone have any suggestions of potential solves or other routes I might pursue to try to solve?
