  1. Can you explain what you were doing, when you ended up seeing this error?

In addition to that, -

  1. Have you just (e.g. recently) moved your domain to Google Workspace?

  2. Did you have your domain on Microsoft 365, before moving it to Google Workspace, or anyhow else been connected to Microsoft 365 with this domain before?

I figured this out be re-setting up the 2nd domain, seemed to have done the trick

the issue may be related to incorrect MX record settings for your domain. Please verify the following:

:one: Check M X Records in GoDaddy:
Ensure your domain’s M X records are correctly set to Google Workspace. Here’s a quick guide to the correct M X settings:

  • Priority: 1
    Host: @
    Value: ASPMX.L.GOOGLE. COM

Add these additional M X records as well:

  • Priority 5: ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.C OM
  • Priority 5: ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE. COM
  • Priority 10: ALT3.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE .COM
  • Priority 10: ALT4.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE .COM

:two: Check S P F & DKIM Records:
Ensure your DNS has a valid S P F record to prevent email rejection. Example S P F record:
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all

Once updated, allow 24-48 hours for DNS changes to propagate. Let us know if the issue persists
