You’ve verified your website for Google, but not for Bing. I don’t see any DNS record (TXT or CNAME) for Bing, and I don’t see any Bing verification meta tag in the site’s head either.
I believe you need to do this before you can complete the process of adding your site to Bing Webmaster Tools.
