With new Cloudflare update i got several problems with CA
For example, when i got Google Trust CA, older android devices cant upload the website via mobile browser and got an a error with certificate.
But with Lets Encrypt everythink working well.
So how can i change CA from google to Lets Encrypt by myself on Cloudflare? I need proxy.
Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. 
The issue you describe with the Google Trust Ca certificates and older Androids should no longer be occurring. If it is, you can disable Universal SSL for a few minutes and once re-enabled, the certificate that is issued should no longer be problematic.
You can also exercise control over CA preferences with Advanced Certificate Manager.
