Google Registered Attacker IPs

Hello

There are some IPs with too many connections on my server that when I Google them I find they are registered by Google but are attacker IPs.

What should I do with them?
Block them?
66.102.9.18
66.102.9.23
66.102.9.21

Or another IP that as it appears that belongs to Cloudflare but when you Google it find many attack reports about it.

162.158.93.249

Cloudflare doesn’t make outbound connections. If you have a deeper look in to it, it was last seen in 2016. It’s possible that this ip was re-assigned.
Just assumed. I didn’t make a full whois.

Google attacks? Possible since Google runs cloud services like AWS does.
