I don’t know the first place to go to add the record so my host can fix this.

What is your domain? What error you do receive from gmail? Please also test your email with https://www.mail-tester.com/ and link the result here (use the “Preformatted Text” option to include a link).

Sorry, I did not know if this was public or private so I didn't want to include credentials.

Below I was given this information from my host.
Hi Dominic,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Your domain freedomhv.com is currently using the following nameservers:
adel.ns.cloudflare.com
damien.ns.cloudflare.com
This means that while your domain is still hosted with us, it's DNS settings are located elsewhere, so I am unable to offer you any hands on assistance with domain or email issues.
In order to have this issue resolved you'll need to add our SPF record to your domains DNS settings with your namerserver provider. The SPF record is below:
Type: TXT
Host: @ or blank
Value: v=spf1 include:authsmtp.com include:_spf.hostedemail.com ~all
Once that record is added to your domains DNS settings and propagates your webmail will be able to pass Gmail security/SPF checks and will no longer be rejected.
Thank you for choosing ZenBusiness!
