Not sure how do I fix this. I have PTR records in place but Google postmaster does not seem to have it detected
Unless you control your own prefixes, setting PTR records in the Cloudflare DNS won’t work for you. They need to be set by the IP address owner, usually your host or ISP. Some will have a web interface to allow you to do so, otherwise you will need to contact them.
