Google PageSpeed blocked for a worker

I tried GoogleSpeed Insights and I get this message:

Requests from referer https://www.googleapis.com/ are blocked

I thought maybe it was a firewall problem so I added a new rule to allow anything from Google:

(http.referer contains “google”) or (http.host contains “google”)

Still the same error.

Then I read some post in this forum which suggested the flexible SSL might be the culprit so I changed it to strict a couple of hours ago but I still get the error…

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Oddly enough, I get this sometimes, and then I try a different browser and it works.

I was using Brave, I switched to Chrome and it worked
