What is the issue you’re encountering

Google is unable to scan the site in order to list the site in the search engine, the bot protections disabled, so i do not know why google is unable to preform the scan

Hi there,

Request firewall access form your super administrator, then navigate to Security > Events and filter for the Google bot agent or ASN for instance (15169), to find out specifically what is blocking it.
After finding that out either edit whichever rule is blocking it, or create an exception to it.

If you happen not to find any event, it means it’s not being blocked at the edge, you can make sure of it by checking the traffic in Analytics & Logs > HTTP Traffic and filtering for the same ASN.
