So even though everything passes google blocks me when I send a verification code please help also I am very new at this

I clicked the link and it just gave me some answers but none worked

Did you manage to contact Google Support to remove the rate limiting?
Gmail is the product owner, they need to provide instructions on how to remove the rate limit.
The email routing is working as intended.
