It just says you had an unspecified number of DNS errors on June 26th and July 16th. The rest of the time, it’s been perfect.
Your DNS history indicates you were’t using Cloudflare on that June date, and were transitioning between DNS services on July 16th.
You’re back on Cloudflare, so if you don’t make any more Name Server or DNS changes and this pops back up again, post back.
