Interesting points:
0.5% of all Chrome connections are TLS 1.0 or 1.1, meaning that almost everyone is using TLS 1.2+
Chrome will be disabling 1.0/1.1, as well as insecure cipher suites, in January of 2020.
This is just a discussion post, if you’re already using Cloudflare then this won’t affect your website and you don’t need to do anything.

Hopefully, TLS 1.3 picks up too. Chrome 70 with TLS 1.3 rfc final is due today as well

based on Mozilla’s recent behavior, they’ll probably back out of the change at the last minute.

Thanks, though thats one thing they postponed (it would appear by one version so far). To infer from that a general attitude (“recent behaviour”) is exaggerating the issue a bit
