Google requires authenitcation from my emails. We use you for HTTPS & I have to contact you to find out how I alter these email servers for SPF and DKIM. I have no idea what that is so any help to configure would be appreciated

Have you obtained the required information from your email service provider? You will need to assemble all the necessary information before you can create snd publish your email authentication records in your Cloudflare DNS.

According to Fasthosts my domain supplier & server I have to alter my SPF records on cloudflare in order to authenticate these emails.
This is their recommendation:-
Domains using Fasthosts email but external DNS
If your domain is only using Fasthosts products from the list below to send email then you can use this SPF record:
I use the free plan with Cloudflare & I cannot find where to add this.

You need to create a TXT record in your Cloudflare DNS. If you only send email using Fasthosts, you can use the record they provide without modification.
- You need
TXTas the record type. - Use
@for the name. It is normal for it to change to your apex name when you save it. - The value is provided by your host:
v=spf1 mx a include:_spf.livemail.co.uk -all
