Google Ads UTM may be blocked or stripped from URL

On June 15th, our UTMs for Google Ads appear to possibly be blocked or stripped, leading to CPC clicks to be incorrectly attributed as Organic Search in Google Analytics. Looking in the change audit, I see what an Ordered and Deployed action, and wondering if this is a certificate issuance which may be related to this issue. Any ideas?

I’m looking for any possible reason or setting in Cloudflare which may be responsible for blocking data getting back to Google.

Are you using the APO product? A few threads are suggesting that these UTM tags and click-id parameters may be stripped.
