Google ads related query parameters ignore consideration - APO

We have been seeing these parameters some marketing campaigns use in our web server access logs e.g. adgroupid

We found some references to adgroupid and similar parameters on this page: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/valuetrack-mapping

Following are some of the other query parameters we have also seen with some client’s ad campaigns.

  • keyword
  • device
  • creative
  • campaignid
  • adgroupid

thanks for the report, we will consider adding them to the list of known marketing parameters.

it’s pretty safe to add campaignid and adgroupid , I’m not so sure about the rest (keyward, device, creative). I guess for those in the later group we will wait and see if more customers ask about adding them to the list.
