Hello, as money is getting tight these days I was thinking of regressing back to the free account yet wondering how it can be done moving from the Pro account?
I would be interested in knowing what steps I need to take to avoid impacting on visitors?

HI @tuesday there should not be an impact on your customers, but to ensure that make sure you do not have more than 3 page rules and if it’s a word press site and that you are not using Automatic Platform Optimization. If yes to either of those, post back and we can assist further.
When you cancel the pro plan, there is a delayed downgrade such that the plan change won’t happen until the end of the current billing period.
(Do you know if you’re relying on other pro-only features aside from the above? Things like mobile optimization, Polish, or Image Resizing? Do you use other features like ddos alerts or page shield? Other features to consider Our Plans | Pricing)
