GoIndex Page Showing Instead of WordPress After DNS Change

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Hello,

A few years ago, I set up GoIndex (GitHub - alx-xlx/goindex: Index your Google Drive) on my domain direct.eu.org. I stopped using the site after some time, and recently I switched to a new hosting service with WordPress installed.

I updated the A and AAAA records in Cloudflare to point to my new WordPress hosting, but when I visit the domain, the old GoIndex page is still being displayed instead of my WordPress site.

However, when I pause Cloudflare, the WordPress site loads correctly, so it seems like a caching issue.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Purged everything in Cloudflare’s cache
Used Incognito mode and different web proxies
Verified that the DNS records are correctly pointing to the new hosting
Enabled Development Mode in Cloudflare
Checked SSL settings
Despite this, the GoIndex page keeps appearing. Could someone help me figure out why this is happening and how to resolve it?

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

I don’t know

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Hi @izlwhd,

While running tests on your site, I am seeing that the origin is redirecting to google.com. I would recommend that you reach out to your WordPress hosting provider for further assistance.
