What is the issue you’re encountering

I am trying to add CNAME DNS records from GoHighLevel to Cloudflare, but each time it is not able to verify.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have chatted with GoHighLevel to make sure the issue is not on their end. I have removed the records, refreshed, and tried multiple times. I have given it 24 hours for the records to save, and it still can’t verify.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS not responding/updating

Make sure to disable Cloudflare Proxy for the CNAME records (ie change Proxy Status to DNS Only :grey:)
