Godaddy website is not secured but the WPAdmin login is secure, Why?

I registered two word press websites with cloud flare using the same procedure.

One site secured properly (both wpadmin login and the .org website). The domain is registered with Godaddy BUT the Website is hosted by Awardspace.

The other site has a secured wpadmin login BUT the .com website is not secured. BOTH the domain and website are with GoDaddy.

Page Rules and WP plugin settings are the same for both websites.

It has been almost 24 hours. The unsecured website is much larger than the .org website. Do I simply have to wait longer or is this unusual and a problem? I am thinking the latter.

There are a few things that can secure the connection:
In the SSL/TLS settings page, turn on “Always Use HTTPS” and “Automatic HTTPS Rewrites”.

The automatic rewrites might help with the Mixed Content that’s causing the issue:
